Scolarships avaialble

A total number of 5 (five) scholarships – 800€ each – are offered to cover the registration fee and part of the accommodation or travel costs by a flat-rate refunding. To apply for scholarship please send an email to attaching your CV by next May 11th 2018. Notifications of acceptance will be sent by May 15th 2018.

Tickets for guided tour to the “Opera del Duomo” museum can be purchased for € 15,00 during registration process. Ticket includes access to Giotto`s Bell Tower, the Baptistery of St. John, Brunelleschi`s Dome and the Church of Santa Reparata.

Italian public/governmental VAT exemption policy

Only in case of fee billed to ITALIAN PUBLIC / GOVERNMENTAL institute, IVA/VAT exemption ex Art. 10 c. 20 DPR 633/72 is due. For inquiries, please contact the organizing secretariat (

Your registration will be confirmed when the payment of the registration fee is received by the Organizers. Written confirmation and the invoice for the amount paid will be sent to e-mail address.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing directly to the Conference Organizing Secretariat (

Refund of the registration fees with a retain of 10% of processing fee will be provided for cancellations received prior to May 14th, 2018.

Refund of 50% of the registration fees will be provided for cancellations received prior to June 11th, 2018.

No refund will be provided after this date, however, substitutions of individuals attending are accepted. All refunds will be paid after the Congress.
